HOTEL CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.  Additional services will be charged to room to be settled in full at a time no later than check out.

If a customer wishes to cancel their booking more than seven days before the arrival date, full payment will be refunded. If the cancellation is within seven days of arrival, then the customer will be offered a change of date, if this is not suitable then any pre-payment will be forfeited.
